This isn't even speculation, it's nothing. The thought process here is:

- "Sony registered a new name for a video game"

- "Sucker Punch is developing a new game" 

- So obviously (???), this new name is the name of the next SP game.

Yup. This bullshit seems to originate from Reddit where the OP just threw the 2+ year old art, the Gnomageddon trademark and SP job listings hinting at a open world game on 1 pile and for some weird reason assumed it must be the same thing.
