What kind of fighting game do you like? For 3d fighting, tekken is defly the main choice. For combo heavy game, there are KoF (13>>>14), and umvc3. For classic fighting game, sf5 and netherrealm games.
If you just care abt online match, sf5 probably has the biggest online community
