And this is where we run into the problems we face today. Too many people see one or two things a person says or does and that's what bases their entire opinion of a person. If you like those couple of things, the guy/gal is golden pretty much forever. You dislike those things, and they are forever "bad" in your eyes. It really needs to stop. This mindset is how we got the 2 worst candidates for president this past election. It's why we will continue to get bad candidates in the future.
And it's the same thing for people defending Milo, even though his comments were just as bad as Maher's. Hell, I guess I could make the argument Milo's weren't quite as bad. He actually was sexually abused, which probably led to his opinion on the issue, however wrong it is. If I had to guess, I'd say he also believes a man can be raped. What's Maher's excuse? He likes the looks of 12 year olds having sex (he did say the only bad thing about it is we didn't have the sex tape) and thinks they are actually mature enough to process everything going on at that time?
