Did anyone really expect anything different? Microsoft doesn't win console wars. They make really great online infrastructure, but it's pretty much guaranteed that they'll lose the generation. Simply put, they're a copy of Sony and Sony has a lot more going for it.

-slightly better online infrastructure
Sony Strengths
-huge gamer reputation
-better first party support
-exclusives released on the PS4 will never come to any other platforms
-historically the winner of previous console wars
-reputation for the best graphics
This is why I say Nintendo is the only one with a chance of actually taking a generation away from Sony. They're trying to be different. Say what you want about their ideas, but they are clearly differentiated from the PC market and the rest of the console market.
