Fable 4 should be given to rare to make...

Imagine a 4k 60 fps open world rpg with treasure hunts, co-op, quests, and a large variety of monsters. I think rare would be great at this. If they made a game just as decent as fable 2 just much larger in scale with no loading it would be a hit!
