The difference isn't good vs bad, it's astronomically awesome vs good. I would argue Xbox won this holiday if you look at the exclusives. It's just that Sony improved a lot since the PS3. If you look at Forza Horizon 3, Gears 4, Dead Rising 4, and Halo Wars aren't bad exlusives by any means, It's just that Sony has completely destroyed them, making Xbox look worse than it actually is. Also Phantom Dust is not cancelled, it is still being developed.
Bet with Intrinsic:
The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.
