I thought it was common sense so was confused when I saw you arguing semantics. Now there are a billion other threads on the internet for you to correct people with your "bbbbuuuut flopz aint everything, u forgot about the geometry units!". lol

Hell you might even get in touch with Mark Cerny, who is mistakenly believing 8TF is the only thing what's needed to render PS4 titles in native 4K. You might be more diplomatic than "your use of tflopz sucks".
