Yep, and I'm a massive Ninty fan. Even if it's my first preference, I'm having a blast with my PS4 this year. They're constantly providing top notch games lately. I couldn't be happier with my purchase tbh. Even if I tend to enjoy Ninty consoles the most (hey, everyone has different tastes, there's nothing shameful about that), I've also had a lot of fun with the PS4. Why not enjoy everything? I think that console wars is becoming a bit tiresome. Having all the gaming world to enjoy is always a good thing.

Not even about the console wars nonsense.... it was just a mind boggling thing for him to say.

I get everyone has a preference, and thats all well and good. But what hes saying is literally like me saying I bought a switch to play zelda, mario, mario kart, splatton, metroid and bayonetta...... then when I finally get to the point where all those games are practically all being released with six months of each other I pack it up, don't buy any of them then go buy games on another console instead. Not sell it. pack it up. Its just a very strange thing to say or do.

Lets not kid ourselves here, I believe we all inherently know what a fun good game is. I may be biased towards sony, but thats just because they better related to what kinda games I want. But I would be a flat out cynical fanboy If I come and make it sound like zelda and mario arent great games. I am not gonna play them now, I may not even ever play them... but I am not gonna talk down the NS just because i may not be buying it now. So I find it funny when I see people do stuff like that.

Its like those people in most threads that say "I have (insert console here) but I haven't touched it in months, nothing on it interests me".......... jut mind boggling.

Yep, totally agree. It's non-sense from my perspective too. I can understand and accept that some people won't buy the Switch, for example, because they don't like Nintendo games or the hardware itself. I'll try to defend it, but each one of us has his/her opinion. In the end, we're all gamers, but obviously we have our preferences. There's nothing wrong about that. It'd be boring otherwise, I have fun with gaming arguments. A lot XD. But, yeah, buying a console to pack it up later seems... odd. I regard gaming as a passion, a hobby, and that seems kind of... cold to me. And a waste of money too.
