I think its fair to freely share unmarked spoilers in related discussion after 1-3 years, but in unrelated discussion it's never okay, IMO. I had a major character death from Gurren Lagann randomly spoiled for me in the comments section of a Justice League clip. That's just not okay in my book. Sure, the show was years old at that point, but it was new to me!
