If that were the case, I doubt he'd speak positively of Breitbart. There is a difference between resigning because you will be let go and being fired. One is a much more peaceful and mutual decision, the other -- not.

And it wasn't liberals who made this push. It was conservatives at National Review who don't like Milo.

I'm aware I already made that point. It wouldn't stop him from blaming the liberal media. Conversatives uploaded the videos. They pushed it.  They uninvited him. They fired him.

He would still blame the liberal media.

And if he didn't speak positively of Breitbart it would come off as negative and spiteful. It would defeat the point. It would make it obvious he was being fired. Like I said they are letting him keep some dignity by letting it appear as if he is "quitting". The dignity wouldn't be there if he was angry at them.

Except he is not blaming the liberal media. He is blaming establishment conservatives.

He posted this article on his facebook .

and posted this on his facebook as well.

"This week, for political gain, the media and the Republican establishment accused a child abuse victim of enabling child abuse. It's sick. But they have not killed me. They have only made me stronger.

Thank you for the support. You guys have kept me sane. In a few months, this will be a distant memory. I'll be back with details of my new publisher, my new media venture and my new tour."

The words he used to describe Breitbart and the staff in the press conference were obviously genuine.
