If you actually read the article, instead of just sulking about.

You would have read that it does not include all areas of Germany (including the most populated one), and that it includes the crime of "migrants" and not just Refugees (Albanians and other demopgrahics that did not have an increase are inlcuded in it).

It also states that the report only disclosed solved cases, and that unsolved crimes aren't part of it.

So yeah derp!
