What really happened in Sweden?

Unfortunately for you that still doesn't explain the disparity in why Sweden is 2.5 times more to report rape per capita than the United States ... 

A person in Sweden is practically 3 times more likely to report rape than most of it's european neighbors! 

Because what constitutes a rape is different in Sweden than what it is in the United States and other European countries. You can't just compare the data and call it a day. You have to take the different methodoligies into account.
