I am one of those people that knows marijuana is about the safest drug on the planet with zero overdoses still even with highly concetrated oils, wax and edibles that have come out recently. It can help with some things like mild pain relief for joint pain and it has other medical uses. I don't think it is a miracle drug but there is no reason to have it illegal. |
Safest drug? So you would be safe knowing your airplane pilot is stoned off his rocket? Or that your surgeon is shitfaced?
Marijuana's issue is that it can impair motor functions, which has resulted in indirect casualties, there are multiple studies that point to this, especially with car accidents.
Marijuana is also a drug that is typically inhaled as a smoke from being burnt, as you know, inhaling any kind of smoke/pollutant/particulate is not good for you and can result in long term consequences.
Marijuana also shares over 50 of the same carcinogens with tobacco, which can lead to cancer.
Safe drug? Hardly. Does it have uses? Sure. But don't pretend it is completely harmless, because that is blatantly false.
So the question begs, if you think Chemo is poison... I must assume that you recommend everyone to avoid it... And considering you recognize that Marijuana isn't a miracle drug, what do you typically recommend as the course of action for those who are suffering from cancer? Diet isn't always the answer as it may be to late.

I went to the emergency room and told them I had appendicitis after three days of experiencing side pain and diagnosing myself . They confirmed it after doing some test and a MRI. I do annual tests at my work that checks a decent amount of things and I get 800 dollars put into a HSA account for doing it. That is about all I do because I know the number one thing to control how your body functions is eating proper foods. Maybe when I get older I'll choose a doctor to visit but for now I don't need one. I don't take any prescribtion or over the counter medication besides a multivitamin. |
Good for you. And you are correct, diet does make a big difference.
But I am personally not afraid of medication that is recommended by my trained and educated doctor.
