Money doesn't have ANY power like you seemingly imply when all it comes down to is voting so citizens are the only things that candidates can rely on ...

Yes, money does matter. The enormous costs of a campaign makes it nearly impossible for the majority of the people to participate. Also, I think that Clinton is still doing rather well...She's not in jail, she's rich and she still has a lot of sway and influence.
