It is. It sold very well and vgchartz doesn't track digital sales which is very big for multiplayer games espcially UWP games. For example, Halo 5 is marked less than 5 million sells on vgchartz, but Frank Connor confirmed the game sold over 5 million in just 3 months. A lot of it due to digital sales.
