To be fair, xbox only needs US and UK market to be successful. The 360 and ps3 were nearly tied (ps3 slightly ahead), but the 360 had a way higher software attach ratio (almost 2:1) because US and UK buys the most software out of all the regions. So if Microsoft dominates US and UK like they did with the 360 era, they will be fine. It's amazing how xbox one is only a few million behind ps4 in United States despite the botch launch. My point is as long xbox has US and UK, they will be successful since those regions buy the most games. They could also dominate both those regions easily. Even with their mess ups, they are doing well in US and UK.
