Which Japanese dev would after Scalebound? Also, new greenlit games will take 2-3 years. So he's probably shopping for quick ports that he can advertise as 4K exclusive.

Thats probably the point of his trip. To show that windows 10 pc/xbox could help push their games sells. Consoles are dying in Japan and make sense to make a jump to xbox and PC. The ps4 with all of it's success only sold 4 million and I heard it is selling worse than the DC and the PS3. All Phil needs to do is just get a couple of them for PR sakes.
