Yer I read that the other week. I am more thinking mainstream a quiet one and not these loud blades lol. noise cancelling features need to be added. 

Noise is secondary to those exposed blades. Besides, there are motorbikes that already make a lot of noise, so...

There's already a parachute for small planes. They should add one in these flying bikes/cars.
