Early adopter tax for Switch consumers given the March release window and limited stock.
Unless stock remains tight through the '17 holiday season, I give about even odds that Nintendo's Switch Black Friday deal has it going for $249.
The price drops by SCE and MS are reactionary, but somewhat unnecessary, given that initial Switch stock is simply unavailable.
Presumably, the PS4 temp pricing is an attempt to draw some of those who would otherwise go home empty-handed for missing out on the Switch launch stock, and clearly, MS is simply reacting to SCE's move.
