Excuse me, vigilantism happened here because previous administrations were so busy fattening themselves that law and order went out the window. No one trusts the system for a freaking long time. The army was looked upon as land grabbers for the rich, the Police part of the drug syndicates and the judges to protect the few and not the people.
You make it sound like this happened only because of the current President, it did not. 30 years of shit made it happen.
I have been telling you all but no one listens, all of the things that this President is being accused of has been happening ever since Martial Law. It is not exclusively happening just now. You can take Duterte out and it will still be happening.
