As I doubt it's a home console/handheld hybrid, I don't see how it's much like the Switch. Attaching controllers to tablet interfaces is an idea that has been around forever.
Even if it's a share library, that's also something Sony started experimenting with long ago.
Added to that, I'll also repeat something I've been saying for awhile: two specialized devices with a shared library would be better than a single hybrid unit.
