I've had 0 bans, but 2 warnings.
The first one, by Conegamer (I guess I was lucky given how many people he banned while being a mod) was before the launch of Wii U, because some Nintendo followers started praising the device for its graphics, and I called them fanboys (that, by the way, I had forgotten it was a banned term). I just couldn't refrain myself from doing it after how some of those same users spend all the Wii era saying that gameplay was more important than graphics.
The second one, handled last year by starcraft, was because a certain user got a PC to game on it besides its consoles, and I called him a true game or something similar, because he was able to enjoy gaming beyond what brand featured in the gaming device. It was considered trolling.
