Oh also a Naruto MMO. Each city has the different clans that can specialize in different things. Make it fairly streamlined but have vast amounts of classes and types. I could be a bug guy, an Uchiha (if I wanna be a dick), a fat guy, the veiny eyed guys, ANYTHING! I mean honestly this makes itself. Massive world where you unlock the mounts, aka summons, to get around to the major ninja cities.
