Skyrim and Fallout PS4 Mod Restrictions Justified???

Does anyone actually ever have that many active at a time. I feel like the most I ever came close as like 50. Then what 100+ skimpy armor mods? What do you have that you have 150+

Most who have that many will have something like 5 immersion mods, 5 combat mods, 40 graphics enhancement mods and 100 softcore porn mods.

Oh.  So that explains why the PS4 version is only limited to 100 (no external sources.)
