Are you an older gamer? It seems like a generational thing because back in the 80's and 90's, alot of people who played games like 007 also played Madden etc. Sports games were in most people's library back then, sitting along side Sonic, Metal Gear and Metroid. It really wasn't until the start of the 7th generation where we saw this emerging divide where people were either sports gamers or non-sports gamers. It's odd to me because I have always liked every type of game.
