Do not buy that car!!!! A used BMW from a shady ass used car dealership NO NO NO NO!!!!! Get a Japanese car (given that it seem that you don't know anything about cars, maintenance on those cars is VERY, VERY expensive). With that money get a Toyota, Honda, Nissan or Subaru. Find another bank that is willing to lend you that money. I am certain that you can find a bank that can give you a loan with that credit score. Two years ago I manage to finance like $4000 for a 2004 Civic with a similar credit score.
