This looks so beautiful. That is one of the two things PS4 needs to convince me to buy one. The other thing won't happen (a Twisted Metal 5 or sequel to the reboot with better controls, the 2012 reboot was the reason why I bought a PS3 in the first place). But still, how I wish I could play this thing. Sadly, I don't believe it will be just timed-exclusive.

A new Twisted Metal would be great.  Though, I would like either a remake, or sequel to, TM:B.  I thought the 2012 one was pretty fun, but had two MAJOR flaws.

One, it focused WAY too much on the vehicles and not enough on the people driving them.  I admit it was kind of neat to drive to a garage and switch out your cars, but that's not what made Twisted Metal great.  What made it great was the wildly different characters who all had varied backstories and endings you wanted to see.  And the cars were made to fit those personalities.  Unfortunately, you only got 3 playable characters in the '12 version, which was incredibly disappointing.

And two, those races were FUCKING ANNOYING!!  If your game engine or the navigation system isn't exactly suited for races, don't freaking shoehorn them in.  The first or second weren't too bad, though still somewhat frustrating, but once the environments got more complicated, that simple shitty arrow was not enough to keep track of where you were supposed to go.  I never finished story mode all the way through because of the last race.  The car combat was fun, though.
