If retailers aren't making any profit on the console, this cost them about 60K.
If they're making 30% they broke even.
They made the national press and earned themselves a lot of goodwill so it must be worth it if they're doing it again.
Looking at the price of extra controllers, docks, AC (~£180), a second switch is going to cost £20.
