Yeeeees~! I read this as well. It's a simple SoL manga, but it's very cute and funny. It reminds me a bit of Yotsuba, except the kid and parent are kinda jerks to each other. This manga hardly gets updated though ;_;

Dark-haired kid is a smart and serious magic genius, fair-haired kid is a "never give up!!" goof-ball that everyone thinks is a loser because he can't use magic. Of course, this being manga, the goof-ball having a mysterious power that doesn't come out until he gets beaten down is no surprise.
It can be kind of funny, though. Has a bit of Fairy Tail, too, with the other powerful characters that I'm sure the hero will surpass one by one. |
This one I see all the time at the place I read at, but I never picked it up. Not sure if I want to read it.
