Phil Spencer leaves door open for Xbox 360 emulation on Windows 10

I've owned a 360 since launch and have lots of games. Never understood why ppl get excited over 360 games on pc and x1. I'd prefer some x1 exclusives over a game in beat 6 yrs ago.
