Well, you can create backups on your PC. It's not a perfect solution, but if you believe Sony will pull them off of PSN to re-download, then it's an option to consider.

I mean the Vita uses a propriatery card right? So can you hook that up to the pc to transfer? Can you hook up Vita directly to the pc to transfer? I mean with a 3DS, it's just a micro sd, so any old adaptor can get you to transfer stuff to teh pc easy.  Is there an adapter for the Vita cards?

I don't have a Vita, I'm just curious.
