I get the impression that you have an attitude with my post. If so please don't take it so personal.
If I can see something that is running in low resolution on my 20" PC monitor then I should have no problem seeing it on my 42" HDTV. Higher resolution equals greater details.
High frame rate makes the game look smoother. Higher frame rate and higher resolution is why consoles didn't stop with PS. Back in PS days you were lucky if a game ran 30fps.
