But it hasn't the best of PC. It has more of what PC offers as PS3 or 360 had but PS4 PRO and Scorpio will still lack a lot of what PC players love (if it comes to specific games, a lot of different options for graphic settings, mods or whatever)

Well you get options with many games like Nioh and you get better performance if you wan it with the PS4 Pro. It just does it in a console-way by automaticlay choosing the settings for the player, isnt that the best of both worlds, like Ease of Use too?
