Is the Switch Sonys way of getting back into the mobile market?!

I am all for companies making portable versions of their consoles with linked online accounts.

For example a portable PS3 that I could play any games downloaded that could work on my PS3. Main issue is portable could not have disc drive so be a digital system so not sure it'd have wide appeal.
