Do you care about cover art?

I am a fan of cover arts, though if I want a game, it's not a dealbreaker if it turns out to be derivative or very crappy (though it bothers me highly).

The more simplistic-approachs, the better. I've always loved the reverse The Evil Within cover because it's just so damn great.
