Makes sense.
1. They don't know if the game will be popular - so no sense adding more risk yet.
2. They started building it well before Switch hardware was known. No way to begin development on vapor-hardware.
Switch needs to take off this year, then by year's end we'll see how much parity there will or will not be in the long-run.
