Crackdown 3 could be "The Big Game" to be hyped about and have in 4K.

Could it really? Gears of War made by a new team, lowest mainline gears. Halo made by a new team, lowest mainline gears. Crackdown 3 made by some completely unknown team. I really don't see it doing well critically, even sales wise. In terms of software, I think it's going absolutely horrible for Microsoft.
