Oh right - thats the same as Xbox One I think.
My old Xbox One is at my brother's house and is set as my primary. He uses his Xbox Live Silver account to play my games and to play online.
My new Xbox One is at my house, and is not my primary. I use my account to play downloaded games and play online.
