That wouldn't solve anything, criminals in Brazil have alot of armaments and gangs. Only the authorities could fix the situation, but everything in Brazil is corrupt and out of hand.

 

Really, the only advice i have is... get out of there. I met a brazillian here in the Nederlands and she was super happy that she left. She said she would never go back because she never felt safe there. 

You speak english and you speak portuguese. Emmigration options there. I wouldn't stay there at all.

I never said he never should leave. But as long as he's there, he needs to protect himself until he does get out of there. And there's nothing wrong with staying in groups and looking out for one another's back. That's all I'm saying.
