They are capable of rendering a game of smaller scale that looks 50% like a Wii U game and does not look like a Switch game at all while the Switch is docked, yes.
And tbh I don't know why you insist on arguing and then back away with "But again I'm not discussing this..." why are you trying to change my opinion if you aren't willing to open your mind to others? That's like saying "Think from this perspective for a second" in a debate then backing out when it's someone elses turn. To be fair though you are right, it doesn't matter much. We'll have to wait and see how good it sells.
