Will cyberpunk be better than the monster the witcher 3?

It will be hard to top TW3. That game was simply a master piece. The world was so realized and extremely well crafted.

I think there is a good chance that Cyberpunk is a better game. But I feel that many will like TW3 more, it has a more traditional RPG setting and theme.
