But DOOM is almost 77gb... Maybe its because of those super graphics running on 1080/60

Graphics are among the least space-consuming part of a videogame; at least much much less than audio and video. Either Tekken 7 is crammed with those (which can still be compressed) or there's some serious optimization issue.
