But with that result no execution happen :) and no individual had been harmed and stoned. At least it keep it as taboo and people are fear to commit it. Even if there is no execution , it doesn't mean it cannot be reported. The victim can report but it cannot execute the penalties . This days everything got reported easily , from human right movement and other humanitarian movement, but so far no big cases being reported. So the reason it's so low it's not because people cannot reported but there is nothing to report. :) :)

But in a previous post you say that the mother and the man would be stoned if it went to the police, so what happens is that a woman gets raped, and on top of that, she can't do anything about or she'll get stoned. How is morally acceptable in any capacity?
