Im only going to respond to the current topic. But if you bother to read the article or the bill, and not just the title. You would realise that a rapist would go to jail and forfeit any right of the kid. So the rapist would have not even a say in the matter. And even if it is not a rape, the man still dosent have more rights than the mother. It just means she needs to repeal his veto, and most often than not, she will get the aproval.
