anyone should be allowed to have children. The issue is how many. I for one im a fan of the way china does it, one per family. If you have more you wont be forced to abort it, but you will have to pay a tax. I know it will favour the rich, but the bright side is that it will hinder the poor and they are the ones that should not have more than one.
Abortion would not solve any issue. As nice as it is, most people want to have a legacy and desendants, so it will always be prefer to haave your own kids. Cannot change biology.
