No I'm not. If your argument is solely dependent on strawman fallacies, then you have no argument at all. In addition, the law that constitute riots a crime apply to both left and right-wing extremism. If right-wingers riot, then they are breaking the law, too. Your excuse that the law benefits the lawmakers is also an ad hominem fallacy because you're more concerned about who made the law rather than the merits of the law. Not to mention, the burden of proof falls on the person who makes the positive claim, which you failed to do.
