One would hope but users are probably still going to bite for another couple of pages. It's unfortunate, as people taking the OP seriously is just going to egg him on further. Not only is the ban justified but I hope the mods are willing to go to the next step if he continues with the "I'm acting like my profile picture lol" routine.
Seriously, this kind of thing was tiresome when people were still using dial-up modems. Evolve already.
