no, to actually utilize additional compute power in the dock the Switch tablet would need a very very high bandwith connection, much higher than USB 3.0 or 3.1c can provide
if there is no such connection then I don't see the need for it to be a "Switch dock", as the dock would do the processing alone (= stand-alone console)
