You're right, her name is actually Ryona, but Ryobi is Ryona's sister. http://senrankagura.wikia.com/wiki/Ry%C5%8Dbi  Can't remember the name of the other girl.

Ryobi is Ryona's sister, but is indeed a flat chested girl with a rifle who transforms into a monster-titted girl with a rifle. I'm not a fan of any of the sisters by the way, Ryona is too much of a creep and Ryobi is pretty annoying.
