people should have been able to call this shortly after the ps4 was announced. the archtecture change is all about making BC easy. it will make it easier for developers to transition to the ps5. it will make it nicer on customers to feel confident their previous library carries forward. this is the whole point of a service,.. get the customer to invest enough in an ecosystem to be unwilling to change.
anyways,. it is too early to care about a ps5. games have been slow to release this gen as is, a new gen isn't going to make that better.
